Intention

Intention is the creative power that fulfils our dreams. An intention is an inner impulse, which is focused in a particular direction and contains within it the seed of that which you seek to create. Just like real seeds, intentions can grow or perish according to the richness of the soil and the attention they receive.

I currently have one intention for my personal life and one for my professional life. I periodically reassess and refine my intentions as needed. My previous intention to the current one was set in 2016, and I have provided an evaluation of my progress below, scored on a scale out of ten. 

2025

MY PERSONAL LIFE 

  1. To sit in silence more
  2. To celebrate life
  3. To love and be loved
  4. To open my heart
  5. To embrace it all

These ingredients when put together create the following intention:

“To sit in silence more, celebrate life, love and be loved, to open my heart and to embrace it all."

MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE 

  1. To facilitate transformation for individuals and businesses
  2. To exceed EBITDA of £15m in FY25 for CBC/PHL
  3. To create value in excess of £300m in AUL
  4. To exceed EBITDA of USD 1m in CBCUI for FY25
  5. To launch The Academy of Alchemy as an online platform

These ingredients when put together create the following intention:

“To facilitate transformation for individuals and businesses, exceed EBITDA of £15m in FY25 for CBC/PHL, create value in excess of £300m in AUL, exceed EBITDA of USD 1m in CBCUI for FY25 and to launch The Academy of Alchemy as an online platform.“

2016

MY PERSONAL LIFE

  2. To give up the stories of the past 8/10
  3. To heal through a loving relationship with my beloved 8/10
  4. To open my heart 7/10
  5. To have it all 8/10

These ingredients when put together create the following intention:

“To celebrate my life, giving up the stories of the past, healing through a loving relationship with my beloved, opening my heart and having it all.“

MY PROFESSIONAL LIFE 

  1. To create a global business 9/10
  2. To provide financial value of £30 million 10/10
  3. To transform businesses 9/10
  4. To embody light-heartedness 9/10
  5. To achieve recognition as a pioneer 6/10

These ingredients when put together create the following intention:

“To create a global business with a financial value of £30 million through transforming businesses, embodying light-heartedness and achieving recognition as a pioneer.“
